Exact Hosting has a larger team dedicated to answering any inquiries that you may have.  Over time, we will closely integrate our support staff to provide an increased level of customer service. Please continue to open support and billing inquiries as you do today.

Same great hosting, same great pricing, new and different name.

There will be no changes to your hosting services or pricing. The only change will be that the invoices and emails from us will soon come from “Exact Hosting” and your payment statements will also reflect the new name. If you pay via credit card, your statement will soon show “EXACTHOSTING”.

Feel free to contact us at any time (Monday to Friday, 8AM-8PM EST), but please be patient as support agents are getting familiar with new customer names and details. Our help desk is available by emailing help@exacthosting.com or by calling 1.877.658.4146 ext 1. We’ll also be forwarding the existing support emails and phone numbers to Exact Hosting. While the existing phone numbers will work, please update your phone records as soon as possible.
