Schedule Your Enhanced Email Migration
As part of our ongoing effort to improve your overall email experience here at Exact Hosting, we will be migrating your email over to our dedicated Enhanced Email platform.
Our Enhanced Email service is built on a modern, dedicated infrastructure designed to provide a more reliable and feature-rich experience. It includes POP, IMAP, and Webmail access, along with a state-of-the-art anti-SPAM solution. You will also gain access to updated mailbox management tools within your client area:

Enhanced Email is also available in a variety of mailbox sizes, and mailboxes within the same domain do not need to be the same size, giving you full flexibility to select the right capacity for each user. More details can be found at:

This migration will be completed at no additional cost to you.
What to Expect During the Migration
- No mail will be lost, and mail flow will not be interrupted during the process.
- After the upgrade, you may continue using your preferred email client or switch to our modern webmail interface.
The only action required from you will be to update your email client’s configuration settings after migration.

Migration windows are available Monday through Thursday, between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM,
What We Will Do on Migration Day
- Reset all existing email passwords on your current Email platform to a temporary password (provided to you prior to migration).
- Copy your mailbox data to the new Enhanced Email platform.
- If we manage your DNS, our team will update all necessary DNS records once the data copy is complete.
- If you manage your own DNS, we will provide instructions on what DNS Records to update and on what day / time.
After DNS is live, any remaining email will be synced.
